Refund policy

At oloyoyo, we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product you purchase from us. Please don't hesitate to send us an email for any questions or issues, and we will assist you right away.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out or under production.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days upon receiving the product. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Please note that customized products are not eligible of Returns unless there is a quality issue;


Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns);

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to consumers for the return of a product.

Returns (if applicable)

You can always cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipping. Unfortunately, due to the characteristics of some of our products, once you have used it and cannot sell it again (such as braces), we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. The sale of this product will be final. We reserve the right to refuse any return at any time.

Unless there are quality issues, customized products will not be returned or exchanged.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Transaction fees may be charged by your bank, the expedited air shipping fee, tipping are voluntarily assumed by you at the time of the transaction, payments of these charges are the responsibility of your side and will not be refundable or covered by us here at Oloyoyo. 

 

Sale items


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. (Sale items means the exclusive discount we provide.)

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to our specific address via Post Service and contact us at customer@oloyoyo.com for warehouse address details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or you pay it first on your side. In addition, the declaration value of products must be less than 50USD when you mail them through Post Service, because we will not bear any possible tax fee and any possible tax fee will be deducted from the order amount.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Warranty

Our light comes with a three-year warranty period, during which we offer free replacements for any components experiencing issues. However, shipping fees will be incurred. Additionally, should you opt to replace specific parts of the lights, associated fees will apply
